OFFICIAL RULES

To enter the "MLS All-Star Flyaway Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes"), you must agree to and abide by these official rules ("Official Rules").

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

GRAND PRIZE WINNER MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL FROM JULY 18 - 20, 2023 FOR PRIZE EVENT; IF GRAND PRIZE WINNER IS UNAVAILABLE ON SUCH DATES, THE GRAND PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED.

1. SPONSOR: DoorDash, Inc. ("Sponsor"), 303 2nd St, Suite 800, San Francisco, CA 94107.

2. ADMINISTRATOR: Probability LLC ("Administrator"), 2 Woodstock Meadows Ln, Woodstock, NY 12498.

3. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or District of Columbia who meet all of the following criteria: (a) have an active, valid DoorDash account in good standing as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period (as defined below) that remains active and in good standing throughout the Sweepstakes Period, and (b) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older). Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors [including Dashers as well as brand ambassadors/influencers], and interns) who have, within the past six (6) months, performed services for Sponsor, Administrator, Soccer United Marketing, LLC ("SUM"), Major League Soccer, L.L.C. ("MLS", and collectively with SUM, Pro Soccer Development LP, and Player Development LLC, the "MLS Entities"), their member clubs, Perform Media Channels Limited,, CSM Sport and Entertainment, Inc., any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising, or promoting the Sweepstakes and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and successor companies (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Parties"), and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. Void in AK, HI and where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY: For eligible individuals, the Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Pacific Time ("PT"), June 15, 2023 and ends at 11:59 PM PT, June 29, 2023 ("Sweepstakes Period").
   
   For purposes of these Official Rules, all times and days are Pacific Time. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
   
   DashPass Members Online/In App Entry: To enter, you must (a) be a current DashPass subscriber, (b) login to your DoorDash account either online ( https://doordash.com ) or via your DoorDash app, (c) create your DashPass order that (i) meets the DashPass subtotal minimum requirement for that store (i.e., DashPass merchant) as stated on DoorDash and (ii) is from a DashPass merchant as identified on DoorDash, and (d) then enter the promo code "ASG23" when submitting your order to automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. (For clarity, provided that the amount of the DashPass order meets the DashPass subtotal minimum requirement for a given store/DashPass merchant, the amount of the DashPass order will not improve or affect your odds of winning prize(s) in the Sweepstakes.) By placing a qualifying DashPass order and redeeming the promo code, Entrant is acknowledging and agreeing to these Official Rules. Order cannot be combined with any coupon, discount, offer or other promo code from Sponsor. Entry will be void if (x) you are not a current DashPass subscriber at the time you place your order, (y) order is initially accepted by Sponsor but later voided for any reason, or (z) if order is placed without promo code (or promo code is entered incorrectly), does not meet the DashPass subtotal minimum requirement for a given store/DashPass merchant, or is from a non-DashPass merchant.
   
   If you are not a DashPass member, you can visit https://www.doordash.com/dashpass or download the DoorDash app on a compatible device from the iTunes App Store or Google Play and subscribe to DashPass according to the instructions on the website/app. Please note that you must agree to the DoorDash Consumer Terms and Conditions available here (including without limitation Section 13 regarding DashPass Subscriptions) in order to subscribe to DashPass.
   
   Entry Without DashPass Membership/DashPass Purchase: To enter without becoming a DashPass member or placing a DashPass order, individuals who are eligible as per Rule 3 above may send an e-mail with their full name and phone number associated to their DoorDash account to: entry@probabilityworks.com , with the subject line “MLS All-Star Flyaway Sweepstakes.” All e-mail entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period to be considered (i.e., 11:59 PM PT on June 29, 2023).
   
   While you do not need to become a DashPass member or make a DashPass purchase to enter via e-mail entry, you must have an active DoorDash account in good standing. You can visit http://www.doordash.com or download the DoorDash app on a compatible device from the iTunes App Store or Google Play and create a DoorDash account according to the instructions on the website/app. Please note that you must agree to the DoorDash Consumer Terms and Conditions available here (including without limitation Section 7 regarding User Accounts) in order to create an account.
   
   Limit one (1) entry per person, per day, (maximum of 15 total entries) during the Sweepstakes Period regardless of the number of email addresses or accounts a person may have. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "day" is defined as beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. (midnight) PT and ending at the following 11:59:59 p.m. PT (except for the first day of the Sweepstakes Period [6/15/23], which begins at 12:01 a.m. PT and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET). Multiple entries and/or mass entry attempts in violation of this limit may result in disqualification of all entries by such person, cancellation of DoorDash account may constitute an act of fraud. Whether or not you place a qualifying DashPass order (and, if so, the store/DashPass merchant with whom the order is placed, and the items purchased via the order) will NOT improve or affect one’s chances of winning a prize(s) in the Sweepstakes. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. Entries must be manually key-stroked by the entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or entries by third parties are prohibited. Entries that do not conform to or that violate these Official Rules or are submitted in any manner other than stated in these Official Rules will be disqualified. Proof of submission of entry (including acceptance and delivery of DashPass order, if applicable) does not constitute proof of receipt of the same. Receipt of entries may be acknowledged, but any such acknowledgment is in no way otherwise binding upon Sponsor or Administrator. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

5. RANDOM DRAWING/SELECTION OF WINNERS/ODDS: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner and two hundred (200) potential First Prize winners (each a "Winner") will be selected in a random drawing on or about June 30, 2023. The drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization/administrator whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
   
   Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Grand Prize Winner will be contacted by telephone on or about June 30, 2023. Potential First Prize Winners will be contacted by e-mail beginning on or after June 30, 2023. To remain eligible for the Sweepstakes, if a potential winner was a DashPass member at the time of entry, the potential winner must still be a member of DashPass at time of winner notification; in all cases, potential winner must still have a DoorDash account in good standing at time of winner notification. If potential Grand Prize Winner does not answer the telephone call during Administrator’s initial (and perhaps only) attempt or, return the telephone call within twenty-four (24) hours thereafter, potential Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified without compensation of any kind (for the avoidance of doubt, a message may not be left if potential Grand Prize Winner cannot be reached) and an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner may be selected and contacted, time permitting. Once potential Grand Prize Winner’s eligibility, interest and availability have been preliminarily confirmed via telephone, potential Grand Prize Winner and Guests (as applicable) will be required to sign and return, within three (3) business days of notification (or such shorter time period as indicated thereon), an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification, a Publicity Release where allowed by law and Guest Releases, respectively (collectively, the "Prize Claim Documents"). If the Prize Claim Documents (other than Guest Release[s])† are not returned to Administrator within the specified time period, or if any prize notification or prize, to any winner is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, prize may be forfeited and potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from all remaining eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period (with regard to Grand Prize, time permitting).
   
   †If all Prize Claim Documents but not all (or perhaps none) of the Guest Releases are timely returned, Grand Prize winner will receive the prize for themselves and the number of guests – if any – who actually did timely return the Guest Release (i.e., for the number of travelers in Group [as defined below]) and no alternate prize or compensation will be awarded. Grand Prize winner further understands and agrees that accepting the prize with fewer than the maximum of four (4) guests will result in the Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize (as set forth below) being reduced accordingly.
   
   In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address associated with the corresponding DoorDash account and such individual must comply with these rules. "Authorized Account Holder'' is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

7. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES ("ARV"):
   
   Grand Prize (One [1] Grand Prize available to be awarded): Grand Prize winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for winner and up to three (3) guests (the "Group") to the 2023 MLS All-Star Game ("Event") scheduled to take place at Audi Field (located at 100 Potomac Ave SW, Washington, DC 20024) on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 (the "Trip"). Trip consists of: (i) roundtrip coach air transportation for four (4) from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner’s legal residence (as selected by the Sponsor) ("Airport of Origin") to Washington, D.C. ("Destination City") area airport (as chosen by the Sponsor, with possible layovers). However, if Grand Prize Winner resides within one-hundred fifty (150) miles of Destination City (as determined by the Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion), air travel will not be provided and ground transportation may be provided instead (and, in such case, no alternate prize or compensation will be provided); (ii) two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations (one room, quadruple occupancy) at a Washington, D.C. area hotel (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); (iii) four (4) VIP tickets to the Event; and (iv) a per diem of $100 per person per night, plus $500 towards ground transportation (awarded as a check in the name of the winner; maximum of $1,300). In addition, the Grand Prize winner will receive funds in the amount of $3,208.00 from the Administrator (on Sponsor’s behalf) to assist with paying taxes on the Grand Prize. Administrator, Sponsor and MLS Entities make no representation or warranty of any kind that the funds so provided will satisfy all taxes incurred by Grand Prize Winner due to receipt and acceptance of the Grand Prize. Total ARV of Grand Prize: up to $11,228.00.
   
   If Grand Prize winner is unable to travel to Washington, D.C. between July 18-20, 2023 for any reason, Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate Grand Prize winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received, provided sufficient time remains prior to the Event. In the event the Grand Prize Winner is able to participate in the Trip during the dates designated by Sponsor but the Event (or any portion thereof) does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to cancellations, postponement, location changes, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then Sponsor reserves the right to award the remainder of the prize with no further obligation to the winner.
   
   First Prizes (Two Hundred [200] First Prizes available to be awarded): Each Winner will receive one (1) $25 DoorDash e-gift card issued by DoorDash Gift Cards LLC which is redeemable for eligible orders on DoorDash; gift cards do not expire; are not redeemable for cash except where required by law; any unused amount will be credited to user’s next DoorDash order; additional terms and conditions as set forth in Gift Card Terms and Conditions here. ARV: $25.00 each. Limit of one (1) First Prize per person/household. First Prize (Two Hundred [200] First Prizes available to be awarded): Each Winner will receive one (1) $25 DoorDash e-gift card issued by DoorDash Gift Cards LLC which is redeemable for eligible orders on DoorDash; gift cards do not expire; are not redeemable for cash except where required by law; any unused amount will be credited to user’s next DoorDash order; additional terms and conditions as set forth in Gift Card Terms and Conditions here . ARV: $25.00 each. Total ARV of First Prize: $5,000. Limit of one (1) First Prize per person/household.
   
   TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $16,228.00.
   
   MLS game, event, and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of MLS and/or the applicable MLS team, as applicable, and may be subject to change. Exact seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as prizes will govern in the event a game, event or exhibition, as defined by MLS, is not played due to weather, an Act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, work stoppage or any other reason. Winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable stadium regulations in connection with the Prize. Sponsor and the applicable MLS Entities reserve the right to remove or deny entry to Winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any game, event or exhibition. Released Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible for weather, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other event that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any MLS game, event or exhibition.

8. ADDITIONAL GRAND PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Specific seat location at Event is of Sponsor’s sole determination. Ticket privileges are provided to winner and guest(s) pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to winner/guest(s) and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated, or otherwise conveyed. Attending the Event constitutes agreement of winner/guest(s) (if any guest is a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, their parent/legal guardian) to the terms and conditions of such tickets, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as venue policies of Audi Field, including those intended to prevent the spread of COVID-19/Coronavirus (e.g., mask-wearing, provision of proof of vaccination, provision of proof of negative COVID-19/Coronavirus test). Sponsor, MLS and/or Audi Field may revoke ticket privileges or admission to Game/Event at any time for, amongst other things, failure of the holder to conduct themselves in accordance with MLS’ Fan Code of Conduct while at Audi Field at any time before, after or during any portion of the Event or if winner or guest(s) is (are) determined to be intoxicated, to pose a safety risk to themself or others, to violate any applicable law or venue policy, or engages in any conduct that brings Sponsor, MLS and/or Audi Field into disrepute.
   
   Grand Prize Winner and their guest(s) must travel together on specified itinerary as set by the Sponsor/Administrator, including same departure date, destination and return date or Grand Prize may be forfeited in its entirety. The Sponsor/Administrator are not liable for delays, cancellation or unforeseen events related to the flights. Grand Prize Winner and their guest(s) will be solely responsible for obtaining valid identification. In addition, Grand Prize Winner and their guest(s) may be required to present a valid credit card at the hotel at the time of check-in. Grand Prize Winner and their guest(s) must provide their own transportation to and from the Airport of Origin.
   
   Guest(s) of Grand Prize Winner must complete, sign and return a Liability Release, Publicity Release (where lawful) prior to prize travel. If any guest is a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, such minor’s parent/legal guardian must be the Grand Prize Winner (or another guest of Grand Prize winner) and sign a Release on their behalf. Should a Grand Prize Winner elect to travel with fewer than four (4) guests (or if any guest fails to timely return signed Guest Release as discussed above), Grand Prize will be awarded in increments appropriate for the number of travelers in Group and no alternate prize or compensation will be awarded.
   
   Actual final value of each Grand Prize may vary depending upon the number of travelers in Group, point of departure and fare fluctuations; and, under no circumstances will Grand Prize Winner receive the difference between ARV and actual final value of Grand Prize in cash (or in any other form). Grand Prize is non-transferable and cannot be extended beyond the date set forth above. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all other expenses related to trip not specified herein, including but not limited to: roundtrip transportation between Grand Prize Winner’s residence and Airport of Origin, airline baggage fees, meals, tips, taxes, travel insurance and hotel incidentals. Air transportation tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All air transportation tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages and schedule or route changes. The Sponsor and its agencies are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of Event or flight cancellation/delay.
   
   Winner and guest(s) must follow all instructions of Sponsor/MLS. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize. Should winner and/or guest(s) fail to adhere to any such instructions or engage in unruly, obnoxious, illegal, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behavior (as determined by Sponsor/MLS in their sole discretion), Sponsor/MLS reserve the right, without further notice or warning, to terminate prize early, and send Prize winner and/or winner’s guest home and/or take other actions as Sponsor/MLS deem appropriate in their sole discretion without any liability or other obligation to winner or guest. Inappropriate behavior includes but is not limited to the failure of the winner or guest to comply with governmental mandates, Audi Field or MLS rules, requirements or policies (including those designed to prevent the spread of COVID-19 (such as, mask-wearing, social distancing, completion of health questionnaire)). Participation in applicable activity/activities may also be conditioned upon proof of a negative COVID-19 test or satisfactory proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
   
   In connection with any visit to any location in connection with the Grand Prize, please be advised that Sponsor’s policies, CDC guidelines, and the recommendations of health officials must be followed. Please note that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, and Sponsor cannot guarantee that any person will not be exposed during the Trip. For clarity, the preceding includes but not is limited to the Event at Audi Field.
   
   NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, IT IS ALSO POSSIBLE THAT THE COVID-19/CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY MAY COMPEL MLS TO DELAY/POSTPONE INDEFINITELY (OR FOR A SIGNIFICANT PERIOD) OR EVEN CANCEL ALTOGETHER THE EVENT (OR PORTION THEREOF). IN SUCH CASE (WITH A SIGNIFICANT DELAY BEING DETERMINED BY SPONSOR IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION), SPONSOR’S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO AWARD THE REMAINDER OF THE PRIZE WITH NO FURTHER OBLIGATION TO THE WINNER AND GUEST(S).
   
   MLS Entities, their member clubs and Perform Media Channels Limited are not responsible for administering this Sweepstakes or selecting the winners. Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. No substitutions allowed, except as set forth in these Rules and at Sponsor/MLS’ sole discretion, a prize of comparable or equal value will be provided. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee by Sponsor or MLS. Federal, state and local taxes as well as all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of each winner.
   
   All applicable federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the actual final retail value of any prize valued at $600 or more. For prizes valued over $600, winners must submit their social security number as part of the Winner Documents. Winner further agrees to otherwise fully cooperate with Sponsor/Administrator as to their compliance with governmental tax-reporting requirements. For clarity, if Grand Prize winner also wins a First Prize the IRS Form 1099 will reflect the combined value of the Grand Prize and the First Prize.
   
   Entrants and Winner each irrevocably waive all claims against the MLS Entities, their member clubs and Perform Media Channels Limited and agree that MLS Entities, their member clubs and Perform Media Channels Limited will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or any of the Prizes awarded. The MLS Entities, their member clubs and Perform Media Channels Limited have not offered or sponsored this Sweepstakes in any way.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind affecting the Sweepstakes in any manner, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. In the event of any discrepancy between the provisions of these Official Rules and any marketing materials (including any prize descriptions), the provisions of these Official Rules shall prevail and govern. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond any Released Party’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (including entries or otherwise), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, whether or not the individual is a participant in the Sweepstakes, who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and award Prizes by means of a random drawing from among all non-suspect eligible entries received (via qualifying DashPass order made online or the App; and by e-mail) prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on DoorDash's website and will be posted in app. No responsibility is assumed by any Released Party for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry or participation to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website/platform (including the app), or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. Failure of Sponsor or Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
   
   Persons entering the Sweepstakes further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE, WEBSITE, APP OR PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT THE INDIVIDUAL IS A PARTICIPANT IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
   
   SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE USE OF ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. (THE PRECEDING EXCLUDES ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES MADE BY SPONSOR ON ITS GIFT CARD WITH SUCH WARRANTIES BEING LIMITED TO THEIR TERMS.)

10. Release of Liability: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Parties, as well as each of their parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, partners and representatives and each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or travel, and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any Prize.

11. Publicity Grant: By entering, entrants also authorize the Sponsor, MLS, the MLS Entities and their respective designees to use their name, voice, likeness, photograph, Prize information (if applicable), biographical data and city and state of residence in programming, advertising and/or promotional material or on a Winners’ list (if applicable) without further compensation, notification or permission, to the extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's or MLS’ (as applicable) sole discretion, without obligation or compensation.

12. Disputes; Arbitration/Choice Of Law: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or the awarding of prizes/determination of Winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of JAMS, then effective (notwithstanding the foregoing, entrant shall not be precluded from seeking relief in small claims court for disputes/claims within the scope of the jurisdiction of small claims court and any remedies available to entrant under applicable federal, state or local law remain available to entrant and are not waived pursuant to this section); (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket costs, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any and all rights to injunctive relief. The arbitrator hearing such dispute/claim/cause of action shall be neutral and the entrant will have a reasonable opportunity to participate in the selection of the arbitrator. Such arbitration will take place at a location near the entrant’s residence and the entrant has the right to an in-person hearing in the arbitration proceeding, if desired. The arbitration will allow for discovery and/or exchange of non-privileged information between entrant and Sponsor. Should an entrant initiate arbitration pursuant to this section, the entrant shall be responsible for JAMS’s fees to do so (approximately, $250), with all other costs of such arbitration being borne solely by Sponsor. If entrant is a California resident and Sponsor prevails in such arbitration, such entrant will not be responsible for Sponsor’s costs and fees in conjunction with the arbitration proceeding; BUT, IN ALL OTHER CASES, ENTRANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH COSTS/FEES IF REQUIRED BY THE ARBITRATOR’S RULING. For the avoidance of doubt, the requirement to arbitrate disputes pursuant to this section is reciprocal and binding both upon entrants and Sponsor. IN AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR RIGHT TO TRIAL IN A COURT OF LAW. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine of California or any other jurisdiction.

13. PRIVACY POLICY: Personal information provided in conjunction with Sweepstakes entry is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy accessible via www.doordash.com.

14. WINNERS' LIST: For the names of winners, mail a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: DoorDash MLS All-Star Flyaway Sweepstakes, c/o Probability, P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559, for receipt by August 30, 2023.
